As a first time buyer on the platform from the US and also was not initially familiar with the Yunfu brand, I have to say I'm VERY satisfied with my machine AND the team at Yunfu. They came through splendidly (despite my 1st time nerves)! The machine was packaged well and delivered faster than expected, with quality that I doubt I would get in a cheaper machine. It's built to be stable and precise. You can rely on them, especially Mia Liu and Sally Pan, and I will purchase from them again! I do think there's areas for improvement: 1. I would prefer to have a nice owners manual (It did come with a manual for the Dahao computer operation). 2. There are videos for training and operation. BUT, I think they could be better produced and organized. They do make up for those shortcomings by being very customer centric.
